From the breeding point of view, most of the seeds of high·quality tomato, long·season cultivation of color pepper and other varieties depend on imports; From the perspective of equipment, the key technologies in the field of technical equipment such as intelligent regulation of the comprehensive environment and precise control of fertilization are in the hands of foreign enterprises. To develop modern facility agriculture, it is urgent to speed up improving these shortcomings and enhancing the industrial resilience and competitiveness of facility agriculture.

On the other hand, facility agriculture is in a period of rapid development, with unprecedented policy support. The state has introduced a series of supporting policies, such as modern facility agriculture loan interest subsidy pilot, financing project credit, etc., and various regions have also introduced modern facility agriculture development plans, programs and policy measures. At present, the China Development Bank has set up a special loan of 100 billion yuan for modern facility agriculture, the Agricultural Development Bank has implemented the action plan of financial support for modern facility agriculture, and the Agricultural Bank of China has organized a special event for financing docking of modern facility agriculture projects, providing financial support for the weak links of facility agriculture.
